Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Terms:

 

  • Up to 30 Days Before Service: No penalty fee will be applied for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the date of the service.

 

  • From 29 to 11 Days Before Service: Cancellations made between 29 to 11 days prior to the date of the service will incur a penalty fee of 50% of the total amount.

 

  • 10 Days or Less Before Service: Cancellations made 10 days or less before the date of the service will incur a penalty fee of 100% of the total amount.

 

Additional Fees:

  • In case of cancellation, any bank charges will be borne by the customer.

 

Adverse Weather Conditions:

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions, Grandioso will attempt to reschedule the excursion for the following days using the same boat, if available, or a similar one from the same fleet.
  • If rescheduling is not possible due to extreme conditions, a total refund will be issued, except for 5% which will be withheld to cover service costs. This clause does not apply to overnight stays on multiple-day cruises.

 

During Multiple-Day Cruises:

  • In case of bad weather during a multiple-day cruise, if the sea conditions allow the service to be carried out safely, there will be no cancellation.
  • It is at Grandioso’s discretion to reschedule the experience or to provide a refund if safe conditions do not exist. Please note that a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund for service management costs.

 

Technological Maintenance:

  • Planned technological maintenance is carried out in advance; however, it may sometimes necessitate the replacement of elements, which can take longer than expected. In such cases, Grandioso will proceed by offering a boat of the same size, a similar one, or even a larger one.

 

Early Tour Termination:

  • If you wish to end your tour during the first hour of the cruise due to rough sea conditions, a 100% refund will be processed. This policy is valid only for departures from the specified base location and is not applicable for overnight stays.

 

Cancellation Notifications:

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing to info@grandioso.app.

 

COVID-19 Policy for Daily Charters:

  • A total refund will be issued for cancellations up to 72 hours prior to the service date in case of flight cancellation, government restrictions, or a COVID-19 infection (an official certificate must be provided).
  • For cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the service date, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a penalty fee.
  • Alternatively, customers can opt for a voucher valid for 2 years, in which case the paid

amount will increase by 10%. This voucher can be used for future bookings.

 

Mini-Cruise Cancellation Policy:

  • In case of adverse weather conditions, if marine conditions allow the service to be carried out safely, there is no cancellation.
  • It will be at Grandioso's discretion to reschedule the experience or provide a refund if safe conditions do not exist. Please note that a 5% fee will be deducted from the refund for service management costs.

 

Modification of Terms:

  • Grandioso reserves the right to modify these cancellation policies at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our site.
